Pick the location of a problem or issue on the map, select the service category that it falls into, and attach an optional photo. Submit your Advanced Mobile for 311 request and Blue Dot’s Advanced Mobile servers will route it to the appropriate municipality or responsible agency.

Unlike other 311 applications, Advanced Mobile for 311 is also fully integrated into leading Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems and can create real Service Requests that are often more quickly reviewed and resolved than possible with email based solutions. If your community does not yet have a 311 system or a compatible EAM system, Advanced Mobile for 311 will generate an email and submit it to the appropriate local authority.
